A large number of people took part in the first edition of the Oasi Cup Run organised last Sunday by the Oasi Foundation. The events included a 10-kilometre run, a five-kilometre walk and a children’s fun run. The winners of the 10km run were as follows: first place, Gozitan male category, Carmel Vella (41 min., 04 sec.); first place, Gozitan female category, Cheryl Attard (49 minutes, 54 seconds); first place, males, Charlton Debono (39 min., 36 sec.); second place, males, Daniel Pace (39 min., 56 sec.); third place, males, Stefan Azzopardi (40 min., 56 sec.); first place, females, Tara Vella (46 min., 54 sec.); second place, females, Agnes Mizzi (49 min., 43 sec.); third place, females, Felicienne Mercieca (49 min., 43 sec.).
