This is an open letter to the managing director of Melita Cable of which we have been subscribers since it first set up shop on this island.

We were left with no option but to transfer our telephone landline connection from Melita to Go because Melita does not offer Telecare services.

The transfer was ostensibly completed months ago. However, Melita has not yet completed the transfer of all protocols, which means we cannot receive any calls from Melita landlines and Go cannot install Telecare for us.

I would therefore like to inform Melita’s managing director that unless all protocols are changed within a week he shall receive a registered letter from me informing him that we are terminating all our agreements with his company forthwith.
