CASSAR. On November 3, at Mater Dei Hospital, CHARLES, aged 81, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Pauline, his daughters, Daphne, Sandra and her husband Charles Gauci, and Sharon and her husband Bernard Debono, his grandchildren Luke, Matthew, Carla and Kate, brothers and sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Thursday, November 6 (and not as erroneously printed today) at 8.45am for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.30am, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. FARRUGIA. On November 3, at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, JOSEPH, widower of Martha, formerly of Żebbuġ, residing in Swieqi, aged 74, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his daughters Carmen and her husband Noel, and Lily and her husband Manuel, his grandchildren Kurt and his girlfriend Martina, Chantal, Anthea and Martina, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2pm for the Immaculate Conception parish church, Tal-Ibraġ, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment at San Andrea Cemetery, Żebbuġ. She leaves to mourn her loss her children John and his wife Yvonne, Ines, Doreen and her husband Louis Astarita and Paul and his wife Maria, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her brothers, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. ZARB. On November 3, at Mater Dei Hospital, NADYA (nèe Attard Bezzina), aged 58, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by her family. She leaves to mourn her great loss her beloved husband John, her son Martin and his partner Claire, her son Michael and his wife Becky, and her granddaughters Emma and Amy. She also leaves to mourn her loss her brothers Charles and his wife Marion, and Hadrian and his wife Valerie, as well as her in-laws Antoinette, Mariella and Anand, Doris and Tonio, Nadya and Andre, Candida and Anton and Nicky, together with her nephews and nieces, aunts and uncles and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow Wednesday at 1.30pm for the church of Divine Mercy, San Pawl tat-Tarġa, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the staff at Medical Ward 6 of Mater Dei Hospital. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
