I would like to know why it is that every time – which is practically daily – when I go on to Melita to look at the weather forecast, all I get is “Not available”? We are living in a modern world, surely there must be a way to sort this problem out once and for all.

We are paying a lot of money every month to Melita and the service we get is appalling. Not only do we have to wait more than half an hour for someone to answer our call, but if we ever have to visit their shops, especially the one in Paola, you have to be prepared to wait a couple of hours to get served.

Shame on you Melita.

This is not acceptable and like many thousands of other Melita users, we live in hope that something will get done about these problems as soon as possible.
