Does Simon Busuttil sincerely believe that the vast majority of Maltese and Gozitans care more about the date when the power station is completed than the fact that this government has lowered substantially the extremely high tariffs which the PN in government had imposed?

When a motion was presented by the then Labour Opposition, the PN in government had voted heartily against it.

Tariffs will again be lowered by 25 per cent for all businesses in March 2015.

Is Busuttil so scared of Joseph Muscat remaining Prime Minister? Perhaps he is convinced that he has next to no chance of replacing him.
