For the second consecutive year Le Méridien St Julians Hotel & Spa in partnership with Farsons is exploring the unlimited possibilities of the rich flavours contained in a pint.

Until Friday, the culinary theme at KuDéTa Lounge & Bar is beer, with special offers that include two glasses of beer at the price of one, an à la carte beer-pairing menu and giveaways.

The Hops and Fork initiative started with an exclusive beer-pairing dinner on October 17.

Original recipes concocted just for the occasion included sea bass and salmon roulade with Hopleaf Pale Ale-battered mussels and raspberry cremeux infused with Cisk Chill Berry.

A different beer was paired with each plate throughout the meal.
