A couple walks towards a beautiful three-tiered fountain in St Philip Garden in Floriana as the locality opened all its gardens to the public on October 19. Also known as Ġnien tal-Ġeneral, the scheduled garden used to form part of the once private section of the Argotti Botanical Garden. Its main feature is the basin fountain, erected in front of the Palace in Valletta during the reign of Grand Master Emmanuel Pinto de Fonseca in 1751.
