A Labour Party delegation led by deputy leader Toni Abela will be visiting China for talks with Chinese government representatives.

The delegation will have meetings with the Culture Ministry, youth branches and the international department.

The themes discussed will include the political and economic situation of the two countries, the country’s role in European institutions, Malta’s 2017 European Presidency and the possibility of cultural activities.

The delegation leaves Malta tomorrow.
