Ta’ Marija restaurant in Mosta is tomorrow hosting a charity dinner in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund to mark its milestone 50th anniversary.

Diners will be treated to an all-inclusive six-course dinner prepared by Ta’ Marija’s award-winning chefs, including classical wines and liqueur.

The Muscat family is promising guests a journey through Maltese cuisine, bringing artists, folklore dancers, foreign and local musicians who graced Ta’ Marija’s history.

Live entertainment will be provided by Enzo Guzman and Tony Camilleri l-Għannej, the Paul Curmi Folklore Dancers, and Ta’ Marija’s trio playing mandolins and guitars.

President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca will be present for the event. Ben Muscat Jr, who runs the restaurant with his mother Maria, said: “There is no better way to express our heartfelt thanks than to give back to charity.”
