Last Tuesday at 4.20pm I took bus number 2 to Cospicua. Entering the bus, I noticed there was no ticket machine. The driver was not wearing a white shirt, which is part of the usual uniform, but a grey one.

As a senior citizen, I gave him 50 cents for a day ticket.

He gave me a two-hour adult bus ticket which I initially refused. I had to accept it, however, as I had no choice.

Throughout the trip, the door of the bus was kept open, which is dangerous.

Why are all these things happening? Such things harm the image of the country’s public transport system.
