Award-winning Waterbiscuit at the InterContinental Malta, in collaboration with Cleland & Souchet, has introduced a new Sunday Champagne Brunch concept, whereby a never-ending supply of Pommery champagne is served throughout a meal.

The menu consists of various delights, including English bread muffins with smoked salmon, caviar and cream cheese, savoury croissants, scones, antipasti, as well as the classic eggs Benedict.

The main course consists of a selection of meat and fish dishes. The meal is rounded off with an à la carte dessert menu.

At €55 per person, the brunch includes an unlimited supply of Pommery champagne, fresh fruit juices and water. Patrons are entertained to live music.
