A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the University and the International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law Foundation (IIJ). It aims to promote the two organisation’s mutual interests of advancing peace and security, promoting the rule of law and the protection of human rights, in particular in north, west and east Africa and the Middle East. The agreement was signed by University rector Juanito Camilleri (right) and IIJ interim executive secretary Robert Strang.
