The public, staff, students, prospective students, alumni, friends and families are invited to visit the Msida campus on October 26 at the start of the Discover University open week being held until October 31. Activities from October 27 to 31 will be aimed at secondary school students and sixth formers.

Visitors can attend talks about the University’s cutting-edge research, join tours of the campus, visit exhibitions and take part in sport activities from 10am to 5pm.

The canteen will be open all day and parking will be available at Car Park 6 by the main gate.

In a marquee in Car Park 4, there will be activities related to creativity, science and the Centre for the Liberal Arts and Sciences. There will be details about the recently excavated Phoenician shipwreck. A pavilion in Atriju Vassalli will feature academic and cultural activities with a focus on medicine and surgery, while another tent will host digital games and the University-built racing car.

The faculties of ICT, the Built Environment, the library and the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation will also be open.
