Aristotle and Augustine in Aquinas’ doctrine of happiness’ is the theme of this year’s St Augustine Lecture.

It will be delivered by Dr Johannes Brachtendorf from the University of Tübingen, Germany, on October 21 at 7pm at the University’s Gateway Building lecture hall E.

He will give a second lecture on ‘The Human Mind as an image of the Triune God in Augustine’s De Trinitate’ on October 23 at 6.15pm at St Rita’s hall, St Julian’s. The lectures are organised by the Augustinian Institute, the Faculty of Theology and the Foundation for Theological Studies.
