Air Malta will keep flying to the Algerian capital this winter every Thursday, adding an extra flight on Mondays between October 27 and November 17, from December 22 to 29 and as of March 2015.

The airline’s deputy chief commercial officer, Joseph Galea, said the service was being extended between Malta and Algeria following increased demand throughout summer.

Air Malta said it was exploring new destinations away from the traditional European cities.
