Although I normally refrain from publishing any letters in the papers, I must admit that I feel I have no alternative. The prevailing state of the Żebbuġ village core in the Tad-Dawl area is awful.
The roads and pavements are filthy, excrement can be found everywhere and the streets and alleys haven’t been swept in months if not years.
Honestly, the local council is as useless as it gets and I strongly urge the mayor to visit the locality to see for himself what a disastrous state the village is in.
It is high time that something is done because it feels that, since the election, this place has been truly forgotten.
