Thirty minutes, 31 seconds have passed, and there is nobody at Melita who can answer the phone. They start apologising from the morning, all the way to the evening. It is an absolute disgrace, that there always seems to be a backlog of calls, and nobody to help you apart from a robotic voice, who at one point tells you to look up the site on the internet!

I suggest that they employ more personnel.
