A group of over 90 first-year students at St Martin’s College sixth form participated in an ‘Icebreaking Day’ organised to welcome the new cohort of students. The day started with a team-building exercise at Mistra Bay where the students were divided into teams and assigned the task of building a raft from barrels, wooden posts and rope and to launch the rafts to test their seaworthiness. Sixth form lecturers and staff later joined the students for lunch in Sliema during which they had the opportunity to get to know each other better.
