CareMalta, together with City & Guilds, is offering training programmes leading to a diploma and specialist diploma in healthcare.

CareMalta is also offering another City & Guilds programme focusing on dementia awareness and care, open to employees and external candidates.

A number of women following these courses had stopped working years ago to focus on raising their children and taking care of their family. The opportunity to work and study after all these years gives them the chance to open a new chapter in their career.

As part of its succession planning strategy, CareMalta has completed a management development programme, through which a number of employees are being given the opportunity to go through an extensive management programme – which also includes a placement in a five-star hotel.

CareMalta strongly believes in training and that employees should be given the necessary help and push to find a good balance between their personal and working lives.

For this reason, it has introduced a work-life balance policy, through which employees benefit from extra leave for family needs, flexible working hours, job sharing and subsidised childcare services.
