Melita plc said this afternoon that its contact centre is experiencing higher than usual incoming call traffic volume.
"Due to a recent system upgrade, certain administrative processes are unfortunately taking longer than usual. However this situation is only expected to last until the initial teething problems are ironed out. The company is working closely with its suppliers to improve the situation as quickly as possible," it said.
It said it had increased the number of customer care representatives manning its telephone lines.
