DEGUARA. On September 29, at Mater Dei Hospital, Dr JOSEPH MARY, of Attard, aged 69, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife MaryRose, his children John and his wife Mireille, James and his wife Jasminka, his grandchildrenKatarina, Nikola and Sareh, his brother Mgr Rev. Fr Vincent Deguara, his brothers and sisters-in-laws John, Suzanne, Margaret, Michael, Bernadette and Anna their families, cousin, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 12.45pm for the Cathedral, Mdina, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.

The funeral will take place today, with Mass præsente cadavere at 2pm at the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, San Pawl tat-Tarġa, Naxxar, followed by interment in the family chapel at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. A bazaar is being held at 49, Cathedral Street, Sliema, next door to Stella Maris parish centre. Open from tomorrow to Friday from 9.30am to 7pm and on Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Not to be missed.
