The Foundation for Social Welfare Services will be holding information sessions in the coming weeks to help parents understand their children and build a healthy relationship with them.

Called Modern Parenting, the sessions will discuss different phases of the children’s social and psychological development, effective communication within the family, sexuality, and what could lead to addiction of substances and technology.

Sessions for parents of children aged up to 10 will start on October 21 at 5.45pm and on October 23 at 9.15am. For parents of adolescents, sessions will start on October 20 at 5.45pm.

All sessions will be held at St Joseph’s Home, St Joseph’s High Road, Santa Venera, in Maltese against a fee of €12. More information on www.fsws.gov.mt or 2388 5110.
