A 58-year-old motorcyclist from Siggiewi was injured in an accident at Luqa Road, Qormi, at around 6.15pm.

His condition is not yet known.

The police said the motorcyclist was riding a Hyosung Aquila that was involved in a crash with a Mazda 323 that was being driven by a 48-year-old Syrian who lives in Birzebbuga.
