Yogi Tea’s Ginger Lemon has a sweet and refreshing flavour.
The pungent taste of dried ginger is warming while the sour taste of lemon awakens the mind.
For a perfect infusion, pour freshly boiled water over one teabag. Allow to steep for four to six minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour. Gently squeeze the teabag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water.
Ginger Lemon tea can also be served as a chilled drink. Prepare a cup of Ginger Lemon tea by pouring 250ml of freshly boiled water over a tea bag and allow to infuse. Let it cool and place in the fridge. Add 80ml of sparkling water and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the chilled Yogi Tea Ginger Lemon.
Serve ice cold with fresh lemon slices and ice cubes.
