The director general (Consumer Affairs) has issued a public statement according to Article 8 of the Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378), whereby he announced that Light Projects Limited, Di Natura International and Francis Camilleri, holder of identity card number 472061 (M), have not honoured decisions delivered by the Consumer Claims Tribunal.

The director general also announced that Marphil Gauci, holder of identity card number 584391 (M), and Charlot, known as Carmel Gauci, holder of identity card number 421770 (M), have not honoured decisions by the Consumer Claims Tribunal.

Several complaints have also been registered at the Office for Consumer Affairs in relation to misleading advertising concerning waterproofing, non-initiated or non-completed waterproofing works and defective waterproofing.
