Deloitte has announced the appointment of a new director, Dimitrios Goranitis, and a new principal, David Bonett, within its financial advisory function.

Mr Goranitis joined Deloitte’s financial advisory function in 2012 and has significant strategy and transactional experience in both the private and public sector including financial services and privatisations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pireaus in Athens and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University – Lubin School of Business, New York.

Mr Bonett has 22 years’ experience involving cross-border capital markets advisory, business valuations, due diligence, corporate restructuring, corporate funding and corporate strategy. As part of the advisory team, he is responsible for debt and capital markets advisory, M&A advisory, due diligence and business valuations.
