AQUILINA. On September 15, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPHINE, née Borg, beloved wife of the late Emmanuel, of Birkirkara, aged 93, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her dearest children Joe and his wife Svetlana, Eileen, Theresa and her husband Victor, her grandchildren, her brothers and sisters and their respective families, other relatives and friends. CALLEJA. On September 17, at St James Capua Hospital, Sliema, CAROL of St Julian’s, aged 70, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Patricia, nèe Camilleri, his only daughter Debbie, wife of Damian Mallia, his grandchildren Matthew, Rachel and Alexandra, his sisters Mary, widow of Albert Bugeja, Doris, wife of Anthony Bartolo, and Antoinette, wife of Pravin Pandya, his sisters-in-law Pia, widow of Ġużi Calleja, Pamela, widow of Louis Calleja, and Raelene, widow of Johnny Calleja, his brother-in-law David Brooks, widower of Carmen, his in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and all Flamingo staff. The funeral cortège leaves St James Capua Hospital tomorrow at 8.15am for the Carmelite parish church, Balluta, St Julian’s, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
