• The goods we buy must be fit for the purpose and hence do the job they are meant to.
• Online sellers must inform consumers about the cost of returning unwanted goods during the cooling-off period. If not these costs must be paid by the online seller.
• Transport expenses must be paid by the online seller if goods are returned because they are faulty or do not conform to the contract of sale.
