Since July 19 (and at the time of writing) I cannot access my accounts so that I cannot control my usage and download invoices. I wrote several e-mails but to no avail. It has become a nightmare trying to call at a Melita outlet or phoning in to explain.

Sometimes I get the impression that someone is playing with their display because I get members contradicting their colleagues quoting different account numbers.

It all started after I asked for an upgrade when I got my whole connection cut off: no TV, no telephone, no internet. For some other mysterious reason, I needed a new installation and an unwarranted change in my telephone number for a couple of weeks.

In brief, Melita seems to have generated a whole mess, which seems to be impossible to rectify.

Hopefully, someone will get moving to clear up this mess.
