Donating one’s organs after death is a way to offer a better quality of life, or even a new life, to people in need. A campaign to encourage more people to enrol as organ donors is being organised in parishes around Gozo by the Order of Malta Volunteers. It is being run with the cooperation of Transplant Support Group Malta with the collaboration of the Gozo diocese. This morning, the campaign volunteers will be in Xagħra square to distributed application forms. Last week, the campaign was held in front of Għajnsielem parish church. Seen in the photo is Radju Lauretana director Lelio Spiteri enrolling as a donor.
