• The feast of Our Lady of Loreto is being celebrated in Għajnsielem today. At 9am, Loreto Archbishop Giovanni Tonucci will concelebrate Mass. Marches will be played at 5.30pm by the Ite ad Joseph band and at 6.30pm by the St Joseph band. Solemn vespers led by archpriest Frankie Bajada will be sung at 6.30pm. The procession, led by Mgr Tonucci and accompanied by St Joseph Band, leaves the church at 7.30pm. The Leone Band will perform at Our Lady of Loreto Square at 8.15pm. The procession will end with the antiphon and the sacramental blessing at 10.25pm and marches by St Joseph Band from Apparition Square to Sanctuary Square at 11pm.

• Masses at Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary will be said today at 6.15, 8.30, 10 and 11.15am and 5pm, followed by the recital of the rosary and eucharistic benediction.

• A blood donation session will be held at the Gozo General Hospital outpatients department on Tuesday from 8am to 1pm.

• The Gozitan Graduates Movement invites graduates and members of all professions in Gozo, including couples, for First Friday Mass in Maltese on Friday at 8.30pm at St Augustine’s church, Victoria. It will be celebrated by Fr Adeodato Schembri and the sacrament of reconciliation will be available prior to the Mass.

• Members of Il-Fergħa Ewkaristika (Għawdex) will meet at Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary on Saturday at 3pm to celebrate Mass and for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament till 4pm. All are welcome to attend.

• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer evening at St Augustine’s church, Victoria, on Saturday at 8.30pm. Mass follows at midnight.

• La Stella Band Club is organising a cultural outing next Sunday to mark the feast of Our Lady of Victories. For more information call 7902 1033 or 2155 7583. Tickets may be obtained from the band club, Vajringa and Ta’ Golina supermarkets.

• The Island Carting Club Malta in collaboration with Għajnsielem local council is organising a go-cart race next Sunday from 11am to 5pm. All proceeds will go to Arka Respite Centre, which cares for people with disabilities.
