A diploma and degree programme for the iGaming industry will be jointly developed by the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology and Domain Academy of Higher Education following the signing of a memorandum of understanding by the two sides. The programme will contribute to bridge the current skills gap due to the lack of training programmes specific to the iGaming industry.

Domain Academy of Higher Education has recently conducted a study on the local iGaming industry to identify the training requirements needed to address its skills deficit.

It has also designed a framework for diploma and degree programmes for industry.

The academy and Mcast will collaborate to implement the training programmes locally and possibly also promote them internationally.
