• Goods purchased must be fit for the purpose for which goods of the same type are normally used, and for which the consumer requires them and made known to the trader.
• Goods purchased must show the quality and performance normal in goods of the same type.
• Consumers should make sure that any promised commercial guarantee is given to them in writing, in a clear and legible manner, in Maltese or English.
