Dhalia Real Estate Services has expanded its international network through a partnership agreement with leading international property brand Gascoignes International.

Headquartered in London, Gascoignes International has a reach that spans the UK through a large number of associated estate agents.

“Gascoigne International specialises in helping UK residents find homes in warm and sunny climates, thereby enabling us to source more foreign buyers for our local property sellers,” Chris Grech, chairman and CEO of Dhalia explained. “

Many of Gascoigne International’s clients look for international properties to use as a holiday home, for rental investment, or simply to relocate to and enjoy a new lifestyle.

Dhalia continues to work to expand its international networks, making sure Maltese property remains prominent within international markets.

New HSBC staff uniform

HSBC Bank Malta’s 850 employees have been given a sharper, more comfortable and professional look with the introduction of a brand new uniform collection.

The uniforms were chosen by employees and feature a varied selection of garments, including casual wear for those who work behind the scenes. HSBC Bank Malta chief operating officer Decca Fan said: “In this new design, we have addressed style, quality and comfort, and the suitability for Malta’s temperatures. A number of staff members worked closely with the uniform supplier and a wearer trial was carried out in selected offices in Malta. We listened to our staff feedback to ensure that the choice is an optimal one for them. It is important that they both look and feel good at work.”
