When are the local authorities going to take some action against yacht owners who leave their wire ropes hanging and making a lot of noise asa result.

When the wire ropes areleft loose and there is theslightest wind, they bang against the metallic yacht mast. Thisis really annoying for thosewho live in the vicinity of ayacht marina.

Yacht owners should take proper precautions so as to avoid making such a racket. Where is the Noise Abatement Society when you need it?
