A film bonanza will hit cinema screens next month with 12 new releases and another 16 films set for Children’s Cinema Day.
Two blockbusters are among the line-up: the thriller Before I Go To Sleep, starring Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth, and crime drama A Walk Among the Tombstones with Liam Neeson and Dan Stevens.
KRS Releasing Ltd is releasing Lucy, Boyhood and Deliver Us From Evil on September 3. The following week will see the release of the comedy Sex Tape, The Boxtrolls and Walt Disney Studio’s Million Dollar Arm.
Studio Canal’s Before I Go To Sleep will screen from September 17, together with As Above, So Below and Let’s Be Cops.
A Walk Among The Tombstones, If I Stay and The Hundred-Foot Journey will feature in the final week of September. Meanwhile, KRS will hold the second edition of Children Cinema Day on September 13, when cinemas in Malta and Gozo will again be offering a selection of 16 films at reduced prices.
The films to be screened on the day include a variety of genres ranging from animation adventures and comedies to live action adventure and drama.
