FABRI. On August 17, at Kent and Canterbury Hospital, England, CHRISTINE née Lanfranco, passed away after a short illness, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Alfred, her son Simon and his wife Rosa Eva, her daughter Angela and her husband Simon Montanaro and her beloved grandchildren David, Emma and Nick. She also leaves to mourn her loss her brother Francis Lanfranco and his wife Claire, her brother Peter Lanfranco, her sister Berta and her husband Michael Fenech, her brother-in-law George Fabri and his wife Josette and her brother-in-law David Fabri and other relatives and friends. TONNA - Josephine, née Carbonaro, aged 94, went to meet the Risen Lord on August 17, at Mater Dei Hospital, comforted by Holy Sacraments. She was greatly loved and treasured by her children Anne Marie, Paul and David and his wife Vickie, her grandsons Christian and his girlfriend Nicole, Jonathan and Nicholas, her dear cousin Martha Spiteri, her nieces and nephews and their respective families, her in-laws, other relatives and friends. A funeral cortege leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8am for Balzan parish church, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
