Engel & Völkers Sara Grech has launched an independent commercial division to complement the residential real estate services for both sales and rentals. The new business line will be headed by sales director Pal Patrik Tarcza, who has 10 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector in European markets.

Based at the Malta Market Centre in Msida, the team offers a complete set of agency services for buying or leasing, as well as the set-up of commercial businesses and a wide range of consultancy services from acquisition and investment, through concept and strategy development, to valuation and after-sales activity.
