After last year’s Santa Maria holiday, a correspondent complained that it became impossible to swim in Marsalforn due to the volume of floating human sewage from anchored and visiting boats.
While it is difficult to comprehend the total lack of consideration for other people exhibited by the boat owners, it must be said that there is a dearth of information regarding regulations and laws on the subject.
In over 40 years’ sailing in the area, I have never encountered any enforcement.
Can Transport Malta please enlighten us?
