• The seller of the part of the holiday that goes wrong must compensate us for any shortcomings in the service provided.

• We may claim compensation for additional expenses incurred due to the problems faced.

• We cannot claim compensation for changes in holiday plans due to extraordinary circumstances.

• When a holiday problem crops up we should complain while we are still on holiday.

• When problems are not resolved during the holiday we should put our complaint in writing and make a formal complaint when back home.
