Q: What legal rights do I have if I buy a good online and this is not delivered? I have already waited two months, as when I contacted the seller, I was informed that sometimes delivery may take a bit long. Since two months have now elapsed, what should I do?

A: When the goods ordered are not delivered within the agreed time frame, you have the legal right to cancel the order and request a full refund of the amount of money paid. If the seller refuses to give you such a refund, you may then file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre Malta.
