Xagħratale, a re-enactment of Xagħra’s history from prehistory to World War II, is being held every Wednesday evening until August 27 in the village square. It is organised by the Xagħra Re-enactment Group and involves about 40 participants wearing period costumes, accompanied by light effects and music.
