The seventh edition of Mellieħa Nights, organised by Mellieħa council, will be taking place between August 7 and 10.

On August 7, the council will be inaugurating a restoration project in one of the most traditional places in Mellieħa – the picturesque Mellieħa natural spring – which will breath new life in the culturally and historically rich village.

A concert featuring Malta’s top talent will be held on August 8 in the village square.

On August 9 and 10, the main roads and squares in Mellieħa will be pedestrianised and easily accessible for people to stroll through. During these two nights, a varied programme of events, including music, culture and sports, will be taking place. Other attractions will include local artists and musicians, as well as children’s animation.

Local and international artists will be exhibiting their works and paintings. For those interested in cars, there will be a section of static car displays and an off-roading show.

The Sanctuary of Our Lady will be open to the public and hosting choral concerts. The World War II shelters will be open, and guided tours will be offered to those interested.

Restaurants will be offering their gastronomic experiences and the main roads will be set up with tables and chairs al fresco for patrons to enjoy.
