Engineers from Enemalta visited the University of Malta’s Final Year Engineering projects exhibition to meet lecturers and students and discuss their latest works.

Enemalta was one of the main sponsors of this year’s edition held at the Faculty of Engineering. The exhibition featured projects related to a wide range of engineering fields, displaying the work of 74 undergraduate engineering students.

Faculty dean John Betts encouraged the energy services provider to continue opening up new career opportunities for the faculty’s graduates and to offer engineering students further work placement and research opportunities in electricity generation and distribution.

The Enemalta engineers talked to several students, discussing at length the results of their projects.

At the faculty’s laboratories, the delegation was also introduced to other ongoing mechanical and electrical engineering research projects which the students and lecturers are currently working on.
