Form 1 and Form 2 schoolgirls at Mater Boni Consilii – St Joseph School, Paola, took part in an educational trip to Sicily. During their excursions to Taormina and Mount Etna they had an opportunity to practise Italian and to experience first hand topics covered in their history and geography lessons. The students were accompanied by their Italian, geography and history teachers Ann Marie Camilleri, Cristina Mifsud and Marica Grieco Falanga. The trip was coordinated by headmaster Kenneth Vella.
