• When a flight is delayed for more than two hours the airline is legally obliged to provide us with care and assistance.

• In case of an overnight delay, we must be provided with hotel accommodation and transport between the airport and the place of accommodation.

• We may cancel flights that are delayed for more than five hours and claim refund of the flight ticket.

• Financial compensation may also be claimed when we arrive at our destination after three hours the scheduled arrival time.
