Watching the TVM 8pm news on July 4, I was not surprised that the channel’s ratings are taking a dip.

Full coverage was given to the 200th anniversary of the Malta Police Corps, with all the pomp and ceremony on the Palace Square, in Valletta, band and drill squads performing admirably.

However, the ‘hot’ news of the departure of Police Commissioner Peter Paul Zammit did not even get a mention.

I wonder why?
