Alang Alang, at the Ramla Bay Resort, is set right at the water’s edge. Its à la carte menu offers a wide range of dishes.
Starters include vegetable terrine, seared calamari salad or Mediterranean fish and seafood soup. Fresh ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms, leeks, potatoes and blueberries, a duck fusion with stir-fried Asian vegetables and fresh fish are served as main courses.
Guests could go for warm chocolate fondant or a platter of assorted Maltese sweet treats for dessert.
A selection of local and foreign wines, some of which are organic, as well as cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, is also available. The adjacent beach bar serves pizza and platters.
