PTL International, a subsidiary of Hili Ventures, has acquired SAD, Poland’s largest retail network of Apple products.
Established in 1991, SAD is one of Poland’s fastest growing IT companies. It enjoys three key statuses as Apple Premium Reseller, Apple Authorised Training Centre and Apple Authorised Service Provider.
It encompasses a chain of 21 stores, operating under the iSpot brand, located in key malls in major Polish cities. A two-storey flagship store will be inaugurated in late July, the ninth iSpot in Warsaw.
SAD also operates an extensive online proposition and provides technology for major Polish public and commercial TV stations, cable television, local schools and various educational institutions.
Andrzej Paluszynski, until now SAD’s CEO, will continue to lead the company as managing director.
“The acquisition of SAD positions PTL International among the most diversified IT organisations in Malta,” PTL International chief executive officer Kenneth Spiteri said.
“PTL International now boasts an extensive team in seven countries reaching out across Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa.”
