Trumpet player Adrian ir-Russu Brincat and pianist Harry Eddleston are performing as a jazz duo every Tuesday at the Marsascala waterpolo pitch at 8pm.

Brincat is well known for his contribution to the local scene, as a member of The Rifffs and Tribali, among other outfits and projects.

Ir-Russu is a professional musician, a soloist trumpeter with almost 30 years experience. He followed mainly pop, jazz, swing and Latin music after becoming a self-taught artist.

He fell in love with jazz in 2005 and in 2010 obtained a diploma in Jazz (ALCM) from the reputable London College of Music under the supervision of Mro Dominic Galea.

Eddleston is well known for his various contributions to the local scene, namely as a pianist. Eddleston, of Valletta, is a dedicated musician who became widely popular thanks to regular appearances in jazz festivals and other music events.

Coming from a family of musicans, including violinist Charles Lucas, over the years Eddleston developed a pleasing stage presence with his piano-playing. He started his music career at the age of 16 with his grandfather Charles Lucas.
